A server import error prevented the shared backend from starting, causing requests to Gemini, Claude and OpenAI to fail. A separate JSON import error also affected AI requests.

Corrected both imports, deployed the fix and verified successful responses from all three providers. Added an automated startup check to catch similar issues before deployment.

This has been fixed. It was an error where security was degraded accidentally and due to security measures built in code, the app blocked all logins. All your data is safe and can be used again.
